At Palazzo Bandino we prepare the same dishes that have been passed down to us by our ancestors, paying particular attention to the quality of the products.
Here we raise Chianina calves fed only with fodder from our land to let you taste the tastiest steaks in the area.
We grow spelt that has been the same since the times of the Etruscans to offer you a healthy, tasty and nutritious vegetarian soup.
We harvest the olives by hand only when they are ripe, but before they fall from the tree and finally we prune the Sangiovese, a vine that everyone has tried to imitate, but which only on our hills gives its best.
