Harvest
The grape harvest is the expression of the love of the winemaker who every year, with renewed trepidation, brings his grapes to the cellar and prepares to transform them into a glass to be enjoyed on special occasions.
In the vineyard and in the cellar the operations have always been the same since the time of the Etruscans: the grapes are deprived of the stalk and left to ferment in the vats, where the fermentation takes place, that is, the transformation of the sugar of the grapes into the alcohol of the wine.
In our farmhouse you can live the unique experience of doing the grape harvest just as it happened years ago!
